P. filed the suit against the R B singer last month in Cook County Circuit Court. A source told Crain that Kelly has not lived in the home for more than a year. <br />It is the latest in legal woes that have dogged Kelly,[url=http://www.xantrex.cc]Louis Vuitton[/url]. <br />He was indicted in 2002 on charges of producing child pornography after a videotape surfaced that allegedly showed him having sex with an underage girl. He was later acquitted of those charges in 2008. <br />Last month, TMZ reported that an exmanager of Kelly filed suit against him for allegedly refusing to pay him more than $1 million in commissions. The former manager alleges the money was instead used by Kelly to settle with those who had accused the singer of sexual misconduct. <br />Ok, I have read all of the post.
